Sea buckthorn  oil contains a significant amount of microelements, macroelements, fatty acids (especially palmitic and palmitoleic), malic and tartaric acid, phospholipids, phytosterols, biologically active components, natural antibiotics, organic acids, glucose and fructose, tannins, serotonin (happy hormone), vitamins (especially carotenoids and vitamins A, C and E).
